BALCONY CLOTHESHORSE

Our balcony clothes horse are made in stainless steel AISI 304 with 2 mm thickness.
Considering the type of use, it's clear that this is a very important thickness, however, our aim is not only to sell goods, but to get full approval and satisfaction of purchaser and end user, who will be aware to purchase and use a product of unquestionable, high quality.
It is designed to obtain maximum result in quality and efficiency; for this reason we can definitely state that there is no other product on market with characteristics of that value, as regards used materials as regards functionality and ergonomics.
Total length of article is 62 cm and useful length is 44 cm.
Clothes horse consists of four components:

1. Superior bracket to which arm is bolted;
2. Arm 44 cm long with 4 + 4 7 mm holes for the passage of wires;
3. Lower clamping bracket;
4. Anti skidding right or left bracket, bolted to the upper bracket, which provides absolute stability to clotheshorse, preventing lateral tilt. The bracket has a slot which allows an excursion that runs on any handrail with a width of 3 to 8 centimeters.

Both lower and upper bracket in their profile have a series of 10 scalar teeth which allows a simple and perfect clamping of any type of railing or handrail.
The clotheshorse is supplied with stainless steel bolts AISI 304 already inserted in the holes.
The material used for components and for bolts does not oxidize, so it cannot, by its nature, release residues of rust; so we have the absolute certainty that, even if in contact with clothing, these will not be in any way stained.
Our clotheshorse can be tilted: when it is unused, the arm can be lowered by pushing in the slot of the top bracket; thus the overall dimensions of the device decrease, and aesthetically it becomes almost invisible.
When you need to use the clotheshorse, the arm is raised and made to slide in the slot of the upper bracket causing the graft in the correct working position.
To avoid causing surface scratches, not aesthetically pleasing, in processing stages and during transport, use coated sheet by a suitable adhesive film of plastic material. It can be removed before the assembly step.
