CHESTNUTS PAN "Forgiato" WITH WOOD HANDLE SUPPORT

On the bottom of chestnuts pan "Forgiato" type with wood handle support there are square holes turned towards the outside. This unique conformation, called "break-flame," allows a particular chestnut type of cooking that can thus express his best fragrances.

On the side, 13 cm high, is welded a tubular support of 4 cm diameter in which you can insert a wooden handle, easily available at any hardware store or garden center. The support has a hole in the top that allows the introduction of a screw adapted to lock the handle.

It can be used with a suitable tripod, optionally supplied by us, simply by screwing an eyelet to the wooden handle.

The combination of the pan with the tripod allows to obtain an optimal cooking in reduced times.

The diameter of the pan is 42 cm and allows the cooking of not less than 3 kg of chestnuts at one time.

For this reason the model is particularly suitable in situations where it is necessary to cook rapidly medium-large amount of product and it is therefore much appreciated by operators on the occasion of festivals and celebrations.

The body of the pan is in non-galvanized steel sheet (thus also superheated it does not emit harmful vapors) of 0.8mm thickness.

To keep the pan in optimum condition, even after years of intense activity, it is recommended to clean it after each use with a dry cloth and store it in a closed plastic bag protected from the weather: in this way it will be preserved from rust.

The chestnuts pan "Forgiato" type with wood handle support refers faithfully the ancient tradition of the city of Garessio (northwestern Italy), home of chestnuts, which since ancient times handed down for generations the art of cooking homonymous variety of chestnuts, known throughout Europe.
